Terms and Conditions

These apply to any event of any nature organised by the society, as well as membership to the society.

1) By attending any of our training sessions or social events, you consent to be photographed or filmed. The photos and/or videos remain the property of the Society, and may be used in our marketing materials, either online or in print.  You have the right to withdraw from this, if you choose to do this please e-mail the society secretary at secretary@eventssociety.co.uk.

2) The right of admission to any event organised by the society is reserved by the society committee. Similarly, we reserve the right to eject anyone from any event should we deem it necessary.

3) The Events Society does not offer refunds for membership or any events/trips or training sessions it offers, except in exceptional circumstances which are at the discretion of the President.  Please e-mail Libby at president@eventssociety.co.uk if this issue concerns you.

4) All intellectual property produced by The Events Society remains the property of The Events Society committee.  This includes branding, logos, design and event concepts and all other materials produced by The Events Society core team and its’ associates.

5) All logos and images used on this website are for exclisive use by the Events Society and its trusted partners only.
